Dream beach wedding on Praslin – An unforgettable day in paradise

On March 3, we had the privilege of accompanying a very special wedding on the beautiful island of Praslin. A small wedding party from France – six people in total – traveled to the Seychelles to celebrate this unique moment with their closest friends and family.

The ceremony took place right on the beach overlooking the Indian Ocean. Under a bright blue sky, with the gentle sound of the sea in the background and warm tropical temperatures, the bride and groom said “I do.” The turquoise sea and the natural backdrop of the Seychelles created a romantic atmosphere that made this moment particularly emotional.

Relaxed beach lunch in a tropical atmosphere

The ceremony was followed by a relaxed lunch on the beach, where the small group could enjoy the special day together. The relaxed, informal atmosphere and the direct view of the sea made this shared meal a wonderful part of the celebration.

Creole cuisine – fresh flavors of the Seychelles

In the evening, the wedding day continued with a stylish dinner on the beach at sunset. Guests were treated to a selection of traditional Creole specialties – freshly prepared and full of tropical flavors.

The menu included:

• Freshly grilled lobster

• Grilled chicken kebabs

• Fresh fish from the Indian Ocean

• Traditional Creole side dishes

• Palm heart salad

• Mango salad

• Homemade papaya chutney

This combination of regional ingredients and authentic Creole cuisine made the dinner a truly culinary experience.

For dessert, a traditional coconut nougat was served – a typical sweet specialty of the Seychelles, which was the perfect end to this special day.
