The focus is on an exclusive BBQ with selected ingredients. The vegetables are usually bought fresh the day before and carefully selected. The fish comes directly from the local market and is freshly prepared – preserving the authentic taste of the island.
Our cuisine is based on the traditional Creole cuisine of the Seychelles. Typical dishes such as chicken curry or fish curry are just as much a part of it as freshly grilled fish from the Indian Ocean. Each menu is individually tailored to our guests so that personal wishes and preferences can be taken into account at all times.
